Arron Wisniewski is an entrepreneur, founding over ten companies encompassing architectural drafting and design, affordable housing, financial services, and the automotive industries. As principal of Paradise Investments, Arron leads capital raising efforts, structures deals, and facilitates company operations. He is also deeply involved in formulating business plans on new developments and value-add strategy implementations. He oversees the underwriting and asset management for Paradise Investments.
Prior to forming Paradise Investments, Arron has founded or partnered in ten businesses since 2007. He has since exited five businesses with a total disposition value of $1M+. He is currently overseeing five entities' operations, which are expected to gross $3.5M+ in 2021. These varying industries' unique insights allow Arron to implement and execute Paradise Investments' strategy, whether acquiring an existing asset or developing a new asset. Specifically, his experience as the founder of Obsidian Lync, which operates in the architectural and engineering field, provides him with a deep understanding of residential development, allowing Paradise Investments to lower overall costs by leveraging software and technology.

Gibran Somerville graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a B.S.B.A in Finance. He is responsible for all aspects of underwriting and due diligence for potential investment opportunities. He has assessed the economic feasibility of projects totaling over $500M, by auditing historical financials, unit-mixes, value-add opportunities, rent comps, sale comps, and overall return analyses. Gibran also facilitates investor operations including fundraising campaigns, creation of terms sheets, and investor relations.
